SEASONAL PRICES 2024

The prices include VAT (if applicable) and are made up of the rental costs, which vary depending on the season, and the incidental and additional costs, if applicable:

01 Nov. to 30 April: 130 EUR/night

May 1st to June 15th: 180 EUR/night

June 16th to September 15th: 240 EUR/night  

16 Sep. to 31 Oct.: 180 EUR/night

The one-time laundry and final cleaning fee is € 180.00 per stay.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels and a beach towel are included.

The deposit is € 250.00 and must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.

Electricity consumption up to 30 kWh per day is included in the rental price. Any consumption above this will be charged at € 0.25 per kWh to the deposit at the end of your stay.

The tourist tax is charged separately.

Personal check-in service is included in the price.
